Available Services

Accessible, evidence-based hormonal health services—including MSP-covered Group Medical Visits and comprehensive private consultations.

Private Visits

Virtual Initial Consultation (Typically 60 mins, private-pay – $350/hour, pro-rated)
A comprehensive medical assessment exploring your health history, current concerns, and contributing biological, hormonal, and lifestyle factors. Each visit includes discussion of diagnostic and treatment options and the development of an individualized care plan focused on education and long-term wellbeing.

Virtual Follow-Up Visits (Typically 30 mins, private-pay – $350/hour, pro-rated)
Focused sessions to review progress, refine treatment strategies, and address new concerns as they arise. These visits provide ongoing support and education as your care plan evolves.

Group Medical Visits (MSP-Covered)

Virtual Group Education & Multimodal Support (GEMS)

GEMS sessions combine structured medical education with guided support in a small-group setting. Each six-week series helps participants understand the root causes of their symptoms, learn evidence-based strategies for improvement, and gain tools to support sustainable lifestyle and hormonal balance.

These programs are MSP-covered for eligible patients with chronic or complex conditions. Each series typically includes five to six one-hour sessions, delivered virtually, with time for education, discussion, and Q&A.

This model provides women with the depth of information they deserve with the goal of a true understanding of why they feel the way they do. It also reduces the burden on primary care and on patients by addressing questions that typically require multiple follow-ups.

Accessibility

High-quality hormonal health care should be accessible to all women. This practice limits private-pay services wherever possible by integrating MSP-covered group education visits into care plans. Reduced-rate consultations may be available for patients experiencing financial constraints. Please inquire if cost is a barrier to care.

Care Approach

Virtual & Comprehensive – Extended virtual appointments and group sessions allow space for meaningful assessment, clear education, and individualized planning.

Whole-Person Focus – Care addresses hormonal, metabolic, lifestyle, sleep, stress, and environmental factors, emphasizing practical strategies for long-term wellbeing.

Collaborative – Care is delivered in partnership with your family physician and other health professionals to ensure coordinated, continuous support.

Note for Referring Providers

All patients require a referral from their family physician or specialist to participate in care, including the initial consultation and MSP-covered Group Medical Visits (GEMS).

Group Medical Visits (GEMS) form the backbone of this practice, offering an evidence-based, education-driven model that helps women understand and manage their hormonal and metabolic health.

This referral-based model improves access to hormonal health education, supports self-management, and complements the ongoing care provided by referring physicians.
