Perimenopause and Menopause Education and Support Through Virtual Group Medical Visits

MSP-covered GMVs + Private Consultations that translate understanding into empowered, evidence-based self-management for the menopause transition.

Virtual Perimenopause & Menopause Group Medical Visits:

A Distinctive Approach

When women understand why their symptoms occur and the evidence-based options available to them, they gain back the power to profoundly improve their lives.

Through virtual, MSP-covered Group Medical Visits, Dr. Lockhart provides women with the knowledge, clarity, and evidence-based options they need to take back their power and navigate hormonal transitions with confidence and agency.

Education becomes the foundation for better decisions, better outcomes, and deeper personal power throughout the menopausal transition.

What Sets This Model Apart

Education First

Clear, evidence-based teaching is at the heart of every consultation and Group Medical Visit (GMV). Patients leave with a meaningful explanation of their symptoms, a plan that makes sense, and the knowledge to support it.

MSP-Covered GMV Series

Structured, physician-led group sessions provide accessible hormonal health education across BC. Each series includes practical tools, physiology explained in plain language, and live Q&A.

Collaborative, Referral-Based Care

As a consultant, Dr. Lockhart works alongside family physicians, providing assessment, interpretation, follow-up as required and recommendations to support primary care with clear communication.

Private Consults With Purpose

Because MSP doesn’t cover extended education-focused visits, a single private consultation provides the time needed for a comprehensive history and guidance. Most helpful if patients attend MSP-covered Group Series prior to individual consultations. Reduced-rate options are available for those with financial barriers.

Accessible Across BC

All visits, individual and group, are delivered virtually, making specialist-level education available province-wide.
