Fees & Coverage

Group Medical Visits — MSP-covered. GMVs are the core of this practice. For referred, eligible patients they are covered by MSP, with no fee. An active referral is required.

Individual Preventive Health Visits — private pay. These visits address nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and stress in depth — areas that meaningfully influence how the menopause transition is experienced, and cardiometabolic and bone health beyond it. They are not insured services and are not covered by MSP. Fee: $188 per 30 minutes, pro-rated to the length of the visit. Payment is due at the time of the visit.

Labs & supplements. Not included in any fee. Most recommended testing is evidence-based and often MSP-covered.

Cancellations. 48 hours' notice is required to change or cancel sessions.
