The problem this practice addresses Some of the most common conditions in primary care are also the ones a ten-minute visit can't do justice to. Irritable bowel syndrome, insulin resistance, thyroid dysfunction, dyslipidemia, and persistent fatigue are multi-system, interconnected, and — in women especially — frequently under-investigated. Patients cycle through repeat visits without a clear explanation of what is driving their symptoms.
This practice provides the time and the systems-based assessment these conditions require: connecting metabolic, hormonal, gastrointestinal, and lifestyle contributors, mapped to a clear, evidence-based management plan.

How care works Group Medical Visits are the core of this practice: MSP-covered, physician-led group sessions in which referred patients with a diagnosed, medically-required condition receive assessment and management, together with the clinical reasoning behind their plan.
Individual private consultations are available occasionally, for unusual or complex presentations, and are generally most useful after attending the relevant GMV. Private consultations are billed at $350/hour, pro-rated to the length of the session.
Reports and recommendations are sent to the referring provider.
